What We Did

• Tyvek® house wrap
• James Hardie® fiber cement shingles
• Sherwin Williams® Resilience paint

This customer contacted us because some of their cedar siding was rotting. We began this project by stripping the cedar shingles from the right section of the house.

Due to the extensive moisture damage, we replaced several pieces of plywood sheathing and installed new insulation.

Then we installed new Tyvek® house wrap and aluminum flashing to protect the home from moisture and we installed new James Hardie® fiber cement individual shingles to match the existing siding.

Then installed a new Anderson® 400 series double pane casement window unit.

Then we painted the home with Sherwin Williams® Resilience paint. The customers were very pleased, "Outstanding workmanship and professionalism."
