Roofing and James Hardie Fiber Cement project in Cambridge, MA

At this multi unit home in Cambridge, MA, it had very old siding and roofing that was not in good shape. We not only ripped off all the roofing and siding, we repaired the wood that was rotted underneath.  There was also a bad deck that had to get replaced and some challenges with tight working in between buildings.

It was a large project, but it had to get done and the homeowners love how it came out.

This is a great street side picture where you can see some of the details of the installation.  We installed James Hardie Fiber Cement Siding Clapbaords and all new cellular pvc or azek trim.  We made some new shadow boxes to give the house some architechtural details the homeowners wanted.  We also replaced the deck and railings. What a project!
