Exterior Painting and Windows in Walpole, MA

What We Did

This customer contacted us because they wanted to replace their windows and take advantage of the tax credit. They also decided to powerwash and stain the home because there was mildew growing on the house.



We began this project by replacing 11 double hung windows with Anderson® Woodright windows.

 

We also replaced a few smaller casements and replaced one large casement combo with a clean looking triple casement fixed style window.

 

Then we powerwashed the home and stained it with Sherwin Williams® stain. We also painted all fascia, window framed and rake boards with Sherwin Williams® latex paint.

This customer contacted us because they were looking for a dependable and qualified painting company that could freshen up the exterior of their home in Foxborough.

 


We powerwashed the whole home, caulked all seams and gaps and replaced some boards that were rotting. Then we sanded all loose and peeling paint and stain.


We painted and stained the whole home with Sherwin Williams® to match the existing colors.


The customer was very pleased "I think my home came out beautifully!"

This customer contacted us because they wanted to freshen up the look of their home and wanted to find a dependable painting contractor who could service the Plainville area.


As you can see, the front clapboards needed washing and painting while the rest of the home has cedar shingles which needed washing and staining.


We began this project by powerwashing the whole home.


It is amazing to see the difference a powerwash can make.


Then we stained the cedar shingles with a semi transparent stain. Then we painted the front clapboards with Sherwin Williams Resilience paint.

What We Did

The owners of this home in Foxboro contacted us because they were interested in finding a quality roofing contractor to replace their 20 year old roof. They also decided to have their exterior painted to give the home a fresh look.


We began this project by stripping the existing shingles, flashing and backing paper. Then we installed new fiberglass reinforced underlayment to protect the roof from moisture. We installed new aluminum flashing around the roof edges and installed new CertainTeed asphalt shingles.


We also installed 10 new soffit vents on the home and installed new gutter guards. After replacing the roof, we painted the home with Sherwin Williams Resilience paint.

This past roofing customer of ours came to us because they needed to clean up the exterior of the house. They wanted the stucco exterior washed and the trim painted. They also wanted to replace one door.


We began this project by washing the exterior of the house with a mild bleach detergent. Then we sealed with masonry sealer to protect the stucco from water damage.


We also power washed the garage. After washing the home, we painted the window and door frames, the wood windows dormers and doors with 2 coats of Sherwin Williams® Resilience paint


The customers were very please with us as a roofer and again as a painter. Here are their comments "United did our roof a few years ago. We were pleased then and we are again pleased with the work done this time. Thank you."

  • James Hardie® fiber cement siding
  • Tyvek® house wrap
  • PVC trim
  • Sherwin Williams® Resilience paint

This customer contacted up because the paint on their home was no longer holding and they wanted a painter or a contractor to help remedy the problem. They were also interested in replacing their windows with more energy efficient windows. Here you can see a before picture.


We began this project by removing all the current siding and shingles. Then we removed 25 windows and replaced them with new Norandex Reynolds® 3000 windows. Our carpenters specialize in siding installation and window replacement. And our painters handle the painting.


After we replaced the windows, we wrapped the home with Tyvek® house wrap to protect the home from water damage. Then we installed James Hardie® Plank pre-primed Cedarmill style fiber cement siding. And around the front turret and the gable ends of the home we installed staggering James Hardie® fiber cement shingles. We also installed new PVC trim, window frames, door frames and corner boards.


After installing the new siding, we scraped and sanded the porch because the paint was peeling very badly. Then we primed the porch and painted it with 2 coats of latex paint. We painted the rest of the house with Sherwin Williams® Resilience paint. Here you can see the before picture of the porch ceiling.
